Nepal Consciousness-Based education (CBE) school projects

Nepal Consciousness-Based education (CBE) school projects

Implementing CBE in a school is the key to awakening the full potential of every student. Since consciousness is the essence and foundation of human life, by expanding the student’s consciousness, we develop the total brain potential of the student from within. And by developing the student we improve the most important element in learning.
Minraj and Bimla Adhikari
Nepal’s National CBE Directors are Mr. and Mrs. Minraj and Bimla Adhikari. For the past five years they have focused on teaching the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique to Nepal students and school teachers.
There are 10 schools (with total enrollment of over 8000 students) that are in various stages of implementing CBE. 4000 students have learned TM and over 800 faculty and students have learned the TM-Sidhis Program. The daily practice of TM and its advanced TM-Sidhi program creates a significant influence of coherence and harmony in each school, community, and in the nation. So, it is critical that people are transcending daily, for the benefit of the individual and the society.

Featuring the Maharishi Sandesh Magazine

There have been many positive and evolutionary Maharishi Foundation activities and achievements over the years so our Foundation Chairman, Deepak Baskota, created a quarterly News Magazine to inform Nepalese people about the Foundation’s work.

Past Issues Of Maharishi Sandesh Magazine
In 2013, Mr. Gopal Mainali began working on the News Magazine. Two years later Mr. Bharat Poudel, Chief Editor, and Mr. Upendra Prasad Nepal, Co-Editor, carried on the work by documenting the Foundation’s activities and interviewing prominent Nepalis and International Experts. The goal of the News Magazine is to inform Nepalis that through the most advanced technologies of consciousness (based on the Vedas), they can unfold their inner potential, improve their health, reduce stress, and relieve their anxieties. These technologies, revived in their completeness by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, have not been available to mankind for thousands of years.

If you or any members of your family would like a copy of Maharishi Sandesh News Magazine or if you have any questions, please email Mr. Upendra Nepal at upendra.nepal@gmail.com. Soon we hope to make our Nepal Maharishi Vedic Foundation news magazine available online.

Maharishi Vastu Buildings in Nepal

Maharishi Vastu Buildings in Nepal

Maharishi Vastu architecture ensures that a building or community will have only nourishing influences on its occupants.
Our FIRST Maharishi Vastu Building was completed in 2014 in the Dang region of Nepal. Over 850 students at the Jyotishmati Vidhyapeeth School are practicing the TM and TM-Sidhi program each day in addition to their regular classes. (See photo 1 below.)
Our SECOND Maharishi Vastu Peace Palace was completed in May 2018. This building is home to our Nepal Foundations and one of four locations where we offer the TM program. Many government and business leaders have enjoyed meeting and working in this Maharishi Vastu Buildling which includes offices, two apartments, and a guest floor.
(See photo 2 below.)
Our THIRD Maharishi Vastu Building is almost complete and the first two floors are already being used by students at Tilingatar Government School (THS) who practice the TM and TM-Sidhi program. Thanks to generous international donors and the government of Nepal, students at THS and community members are enjoying the nourishing and coherent influences of Maharishi Vastu.
(See photo 3 below.)
Our FOURTH Maharishi Vastu Buildling project will be completed in six months. This project is a campus with five buildings to house 400 Maharishi Vedic Pandits.

Welcome to the first issue of our monthly Nepal E-news

Welcome to the first issue of our monthly Nepal E-news

Dear Kingsley,

There have been many good and positive changes happening in Nepal and we would like to keep you informed of these changes through our short monthly E-news.

We have found in meeting MUM Nepali students and alumni who are living in USA, that they are not aware of our Foundation’s activities so we would like to keep you up-to-date.

For example, on March 1-3 we held an International Conference on “Vedic Science and Modern Science” at Nepal Pragya Bhawan which was attended by over 1000 Nepalis. Vedic Scholars and renowned Scientists from around the world examined, based on recent discoveries in Modern Science, how the Vedic principles of life can be identified and applied in every area of society for the benefit of humanity and our planet. Nepal’s President Bhandari was the Chief Guest.

John Hagelin’s’ address to the conference (on Youtube)

It has been eight years since we founded Nepal Maharishi Vedic Foundation (NMVF) and we have been working to help improve all areas of life here in Nepal. Our primary focus has been to offer the life-transforming technology of TM and its advanced TM-Sidhis program to all Nepalis who are desirous of a better life through improved health, increased happiness, reduced stress, and greater well-being.

In addition, NMVF is offering the TM program in four Nepal Secondary Schools so that students can awaken their inner potential and enhance their learning ability.
We also have a separate Foundation that focuses on training Vedic Pandits throughout all of Nepal.

We trust you will enjoy our Nepal E-news—we will email again in May.
